Christina opened her acupuncture clinic in Charleston, West Virginia in 1999. Since that time, she has maintained a busy diverse practice, treating patients with a wide range of conditions from all walks of life. Her study of psychology, philosophy and biology lead her to a growing interest in how people heal and this brought her to the study of Chinese medicine with its focus on health and the creation of health.
After receiving a B.A. in Body, Behavior and Movement from William Smith College in 1996, she completed her Masters in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute (now called Maryland University of Integrative Health) in 1999. Since that time she has achieved over 1300 hours of post graduate studies with Niki H.Bilton M.Ac., M.B.Ac.C, Lic.Ac.. From 2009 to 2012 Christina served on the faculty of Ongiara College of Acupuncture in Ontario, Canada, as course leader for Five Element studies and a supervisor in the student clinic.
